Eligibility Requirements
- The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam and be at least 28 years old but not older than 40 as of April 1, 2023 (the maximum age limit is 43 years old for those who fall under the SC, ST, or OBC categories).
- The candidate needs to have the following educational qualifications:
- Minimum requirements Category X Pass for general category students (for SC/ST/OBC candidates: up to class X); diploma holders in other technical courses; postgraduates; holders of degrees in professional courses such as engineering, MBBS, BDS, veterinary medicine, agriculture, etc.; and Polytechnics.
- The candidate must have the skills they need, backgrounds, know-how, etc. to take part in activities that earn money.
